At Joley Aire, we are dedicated to providing healthy puppies as family pets. That is why we offer a generous 2-year health guarantee. Read more about what the guarantee offers below!
3 day health guarantee
If you take your puppy to the vet within 3 days of purchasing and find a health issue that you’d rather not deal with, we’ll take the puppy back and give you a full refund or replacement puppy.
2 year genetic guarantee
If your puppy does develop a genetic health issue that negatively affects its quality of life within the first two years, we’ll take the puppy back and give you a refund or a replacement puppy.
What we guarantee against:
We’ve done our research and found the defects and diseases that most commonly affect the breeds we produce. These are the diseases our 2-year guarantee applies for:
Degenerative Myelopathy (DMSOD1-A and DMSOD1-B)
von Willebrand's Disease (vWD)
Hip Dysplasia diagnosed by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals below a Borderline Rating.
Elbow Dysplasia diagnosed by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals below a Borderline Rating.
Umbilical Hernia
Limitations
We’ll do our part, but we also ask that you do yours as a responsible puppy owner. To uphold the health guarantee, we ask for a few simple things:

If you sell the puppy, the guarantee does not transfer to the new owner. It only applies to the person who originally bought the puppy from Joley Aire.

The guarantee is void if the puppy is more than 10% overweight or has obvious signs of neglect.

Spaying or neutering too early can negatively affect the puppy’s growth. We’ve researched this subject extensively and believe it is best to wait until the puppy is at least 12 months of age to spay or neuter.
That is why the health guarantee will be void if the puppy is spayed or neutered before it is 12 months old.

We will only guarantee the puppy’s health if it is current on all vaccinations and regularly taken to the vet.
